Getting to the Dolomites is easier than you might think! Here’s a step-by-step guide:

✈️ Fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) – This is the most convenient international airport for reaching the Dolomites.

🚗 Rent a car at the airport – A rental car is highly recommended since the Dolomites' landscapes are spread out, and public transport is limited. Drive times range from 45 minutes to 2 hours between locations. If you're nervous about driving, we’ll create a group chat so attendees can coordinate car shares!

🛣 Drive to Mühlwald, Cortina d’Ampezzo, or Val Gardena – These are the best areas to stay in for easy access to our shooting locations. (Or, choose the lodging add-on in Mühlwald, and stay with us!)

While some locations are easily accessible, others require moderate hikes to reach the best shooting spots. Here’s what to expect:

🥾 Lago di Braies – Minimal hiking. The lake is a short walk from the parking lot, with optional trails around the water.

⛰ Tre Cime di Lavaredo – Moderate hiking. A 30-40 minute uphill walk on a well-maintained trail to reach the most dramatic viewpoints.

🚡 Seceda – Easy-moderate. We’ll take a cable car up the mountain, followed by a 10-15 minute walk to the best locations.

🏔 Passo Gardena – Short walk from parking. Some uneven terrain, but no long hikes.

Each hike is manageable with a camera backpack, and we’ll take breaks to enjoy the views!

There are a few options:

🏡 Option 1: Stay with us! Add the lodging package ($400) to your registration and stay in a beautiful shared accommodation with other attendees. This is a great way to bond with the group, share travel costs, and have a built-in support system!

🏔 Option 2: Book your own stay in one of these locations:

• Mühlwald - This is where the group will be staying!

• Cortina d’Ampezzo – Best if you want to be close to Lago di Braies & Tre Cime.

• Ortisei or Val Gardena – Best for Seceda & Passo Gardena.

We’ll also have a group chat so attendees can coordinate lodging and car rentals!

Each day is designed to maximize golden-hour lighting while giving you time to soak in the experience. Here’s what to expect:

🍽 Midday Break: Time to explore local cafés, rest, or edit photos.
🌄 Afternoons: Epic afternoon and golden-hour sessions at dramatic peaks and valleys.
🍕 Evenings: Casual hangouts, a pizza party, and time to connect with the group!

Everything is expertly planned so you can focus on shooting, networking, and creating incredible images.

Absolutely! Many attendees will be traveling solo, and we are building a welcoming, supportive group dynamic.
